Wynn Developments

Graham and Jenny Wynn were the founders of the TTC Group, with its head office based in Telford.Over twenty years ago they started from just an idea to create one of the UK’s most successful training companies.

The head office in Telford became a key logistics centre, employing more than 120 staff locally and over 400 external trainers across the UK. Key programmes delivered by TTC Group included Drink Drive Rehabilitation training for convicted drink drivers; various police diversionary schemes, the largest being Speed awareness courses, corporate driver risk assessment and training; and Bikeability teaching children how to ride safely on our roads.

TTC Group annually manages courses for over 335,000 drivers and 30,000 cyclists at  more than 230 venues across the UK. At its core there is a strong CSR culture, a key value that Jenny and Graham built into their corporate life.

In 2012 they financed the development of the Telford Enterprise Hub, providing business start up support and self employment opportunities; seeing several hundred young people launch their own businesses.

In July 2017, following a management buy out of the TTC Group; Graham and Jenny retained the properties built and developed during their ownership of the group. Wynn developments now provides high-quality office accommodation in Telford

In addition to supporting the Telford Enterprise Hub, Jenny and Graham have been involved in personally mentoring a number of young entrepreneurs across Shropshire and Staffordshire. Helping with SYST was a natural fit and development of earlier work. In addition they are shareholders and active supporters of The Inspirational Learning Group a company providing opportunities to develop  business ideas of thousands of school children annually.

Graham and Jenny have multiple community based interests, and also run their own charitable foundation to support good causes, primarily across Shropshire.
